Finally got some time to get some more work done on the new diffs, I welded the sleeves in the other day and got the truss mocked up and spring perches and C-gussets trimmed up and tacked in today. There was a little trimming to be done on the inner ends of the truss due to the coil perches I am using. Unfortunately, there Artec does not have any front perches for the D30 and I wanted a coil perch with a good wide deck so I can mount poly coil pads on top and I have no need for a shock mount on the rear of the perch as I am mounting the shocks to the arm mounts. I also had to trim the C-gussets a little on the ends to accommodate the perches leaving enough room for the swaybar mounts to be welded down the outside of the perches.

Tossing up if I will outboard the rear shocks now while I am doing the rear diff or leave it for another day......

Bought it some Timken wheel bearings, a belt tensioner and a Safari Top, looking forward to not getting burnt when I take the roof off.

I have just ordered some new coil springs for me from Sterling springs supplier - http://www.sterling-springs.co.uk/, and I will put them in ASAP. Just need some lift... I guess it will be much better
