I already had airbox out, and the A/C compressor loose in order to move the PS pump so it was a piece of cake to do. Only thing I did differently to the above is I had my A/C loosened in advance.

Definitely scarier sounding than it actually is to do! Oh and mine was VERY buggered bolt hole had seperated completely from the rest - probably why my headers ARE cracked
Thanks for that then this may become Monday's job. I have everything I need so I may be able to actually do it. If it is like you say re the headers and buggard mount a possible cause I had better get to it quick smart.

Yeah for the couple hours work, definitely worth it to save a set of headers - saving time in the long run! Good luck with it mate

Put my upgraded headlight harness in No wonder the stock lights are so rubbish, my switch wire for the relays is bigger than the stock headlight wiring!!!

Much much better
