Mate I got rid of the red letters 8 months ago. The noise at 19k was terrible and the heavy tred on the side walls was deteriorating rapidly after each trip. Loved them for the first 6 months but they weren't for me at that size in the KKs wheel well.

So I went for a inch lower but tried to maintain width, opting for 265/70R16. It's the perfect fit for me now.

The brand was a decent cheap one. After spending big on the first wheels I've gone with replacements that I had fitted for $150 each an they have been awesome. One got heavily gauged in a sharp rock track and it hasn't leaked. They bag out really well and I work them hard off road.

This is them in action today. This beach turned super boggy further up. It has only been reopened 3 days ago now the turtle nesting season is over. The ranger stopped me for a chat on the other side. He was a bit surprised we made it through. He was asking after the tyres and now wants some for his F250, have too laugh at that

Really nice!! I like your kk a lot. Maybe red letters was too much for this kind of use, and an all terrain is more suitable?

Thanks for the update mate. Traded red letters for Cooper's red. Winning all-round!

Yeah I agree, red letters were very agro and chunky patterns. They went well in the muddy South West tracks but surprisingly not so well in the sand. I think AT will be my go to here-on.
