Remember Age is just a number mate, i have a friend who is 20 and is the 2ic of the branch she works in and often is in charge when her boss is on holiday and they ultinate weekends and what not.

I was driving a truck interstate at 19, 2ic at 21, we aren't a big company but there a a few guys that i organise, and age hasn't made a difference, its commitment, trust and work ethic that is more important. My boss knows that im worth every dollar he pays me and often leaves me the business when he disappears on holidays.
