I can believe that as it basically what happened to me. I bought mine with an ARB front bar, nothing. As soon as the aerials. LED lighting went on, everybody waved.

Too funny...I'm a lady jeeper and I always wave...a few cosmetic changes and rego 15herz...!!!!!

The wife and I just completed a 2800km trip, and she gave and received far more waves than I did when behind the wheel.

And we have also noticed stock Jeeps are far less likely to give a wave, doesn't stop us though as we get a good laugh from the confused looks on their faces when we wave at them

I wave at most JKs, TJs, XJs and CJs, stock or modified. Some give you that confused look while others will ignore or return the wave. There is one young girl who lives in my area who drives a TJ and she always has the biggest grin when I wave at her.
I even waved at a modified JK while out walking the other day, did look like a city Jeep though.
