Unhappy Help Required

Hello everyone
i just replaced my heater core in my 2002 4.7L H.O, everything is good , starts runs heater is good and what not.
but.

headlights are switched off the tail lights stay on, switch the head lights on right hand tail light switches off but left hand stays on.
car is off and lights are off yet the rear tail lights are on, anyone know what i have done wrong or what's going wrong before i send it to the auto elec ?

Likely a earth lead under the dash has been forgotten.

Thank you i will have a good look tonight after work. i just hope i don't have to pull the whole dash out again

I GOT IT !!! was the brake switch had slightly dislodged from its position, got the bad boy back in and she is purrin .. ready for her road worthy now
