Antenna mount:

Standard under-hood bracket sourced by my autoelec.

It does rub on the bonnet and has rubbed the paint off so I'm going to have to get some rubber to put on that side and then redo the paintwork on the bonnet edge.

It also moves around a whole heap when I'm offroad, the antenna may carry too much weight for the bracket, or it may be designed to give like that (or maybe it's just the spring in the antenna that is moving as intended - hard to tell from the video).

For convoy work a smaller antenna would have been fine but I'm planning some trips with the family no convoy so went for a longer range setup.

Tyres:
I've put on a set of Toyo AT/2 All Terrain. They're not perfect but a huge step up from the stock HT tyres!

Toyo AT/2 - stock size, better grip in these conditions. Still prone to clogging up in wet clay, but I had much less trouble that the Grand Cherokees on their stock tyres... and even scampered where a couple of JKs had trouble.

I love that pic of your TH in mud Lenoir. I don't have the option to 'like' unfortunately - probably don't have enough posts but it's a great looking KL. You must get a few comments on it I suspect.

Yeah I can't 'like' posts either - I'm hoping it's coz I'm too new, otherwise I'm just too clueless to find the like button!!!

I get quite a few comments on the orange trailhawk, most of them good Personally I love it!
