Well was an awesome trip, got home not long ago.
Just had news from Hoobz, he sprung a leak in the radiator this morning on the track, it apparently went bad near Horsham and he's stranded there with a siezed motor.

Thumbs up Ummmm errrrr

What a blast. It was a great little trip.
Thanks for organising it Grippers.

It was tops to meet and wheel around with you guys.

And it's true
Poor Dexter. Sprung a rad leak, while kind of mucking around circle work type thing.

We kept topping it up, a litre at a time.
But it must have built up air in the system, temp sender lying cos no coolant heating it and...

We were going all quite sweet. One eye on the temp gauge, one eye on the road. Zero gauge inication. Then power loss, limp mode tranny, pulled over but too late. Oil leaks, rad empty.

Barely would crank over, engine mega tight. Refilled with water, started it...and yep. It's #$@%ed for sure.

Time for a new radiator...and total rebuild

As the song goes

Sitting here waiting for Ruffy with a tandem to rescue us. 300km from home.

And I'm already getting excited about the rebuild
