Mmmm. Well, I have really enjoyed my current 07 JKU Rubi. But $70000. I don't think so. Even less so if the reliability issues, death wobble and dealer performance aren't fixed. There is probably better options out there, for what I will want in the future. Disappointed.

Yea, considering the JK Rubi is going out at roughly $56k, the new JL at mid 70's is a little startling.

I was considering a Gladiator but at that price I'll look back at the boring old Landbruiser.

Think they're still fair bit cheaper than landcruisers! Jeeps done this before, overpriced new model and had to drop price by thousands months later. I bought new jk six months ago, was thinking I should wait for new model, glad I didn't.

When I'm ready to buy again, I think I'll be buying the latest JK model I can and transferring everything over from my current JK.

I was looking at a Gladiator but there is no way it as a dual cab would fit in my garage and looking at those prices they would probably want $70 - $80k and they aren't worth that kind of money.

I looooove my jeep, but when you can get a Japanese ute for a lot less... well, even my little brain can figure out the best option.

Good bye Jeep it's been the best 18 years... it's not you, it's not me, it's the bank. lol
