And another retake on fester's solution (but not welded as nice since it's a MIG and these parts are tiny and feisty to hold). I had a 2 male/female fitting pairs and when I figured out everything is made out of steel I knew I can DIY the fix.

Pump fitting + female fitting cut down to have maximum room for the intercooler hose

Welded, ground and reinstalled

Bottom fitting was also leaking, so I bought another female fitting with the correct diameter and a sealing washer

Bottom male fitting tacked in place for testing

Top male fitting, I pressed out the old fitting to give me a solid pipe to weld on.

Hi. I have new hoses install not log ago, rebuild box done 5000km. and on way to Melbourne big smoke - bottom fittings lose ( separated ) leaking out all oil from steering. After few days driving back to Perth adding oil each 20km stops.
I fixed fitting by Pirtex Cunningvale for $198 and that I should do in first place instead
replace with new one.

G'day Goodie,

I had a fitting thrown my way gratis from the local Jeep dealership in Wangara (WA). Parts man is Brett.
They had a heap bought in, I believe I got one of the last.

I just dremel cut the old fitting off and banged the new item straight on.

I couldn't tell you the part number or supplier though as it was not packaged.

Looks like I do have the part number after all...
Chrysler P/N 52088914AA
Not cheap at AU$76 each:

But they do say "QUICK DISCONNECT", so maybe there is a disconnect tool or technique available?
The O-ring is listed in the IPL as P/N 05019705AA
