Where was this before I put my lift kit in? lol
I wonder what they've bolted it to, we don't have a chassis

Default Get what KKNutt?

You don't get what?

I would need heavier front springs to allow for the weight of the bullbar;

Haven't you had you front end apart? We have a sort of monocoque frame with no real chassis. Therefore the bullbar is bolted to pressed sheet steel.
So if you hit something with a bullbar, instead of wrecking your bumperbar you bend your whole front end.

Umm

I assume you are referring to alloy over steel weight saving?

A monocoque chassis is still a chassis but it is attached to the body, not body on frame.

The front of your KK is just as strong as any modern full chassis 4wd (ie Prado)

Below the headlights are 2 oblong holes, Behind them are the rails (chassis) that support well everything.

That's just an ECB aluminium "nudge-bar" that sits over the top of your stock plastic one, ugly and pretty useless really IMO.

Get yourself the proper steel winch capable bumper from Uneek, heck it's even cheaper

I have an ECB bar on my KK . You have a heavy duty brackets with recovery holes ( pionts ) already apart of the brackets bolted to the Chassis/frame/monocule .and the bar bolts to those brackets

And i agree.dont waste your money on an alloy bar.get the uneek 4x4 winch bar if buying new. If you want a good ECB bar for your KK . Buy mine with the brackets for $980 . So i can buy a uneek bar
