JK sensors do not have replaceable sensors and last time I looked they were not particularly affordable (about $30 each for aftermarket or $80 OEM from Rock Auto) Other makes may have a replaceable battery but considering the battery life easily exceeds the warranty period the manufacturers wouldn't see making them repairable a priority.

there are no batteries as far as im aware they connect with WIFI - but no idea how if no batteries . even the spare has a sensor
Really no idea .. all i know is my Jeep mechanic said i had to replace the faulty one .. at around $600 ? forget it - why you need ? dont you look at all tyres sort of before you drive it ? a slow leak is normally discivverd the next morning .. a blow out .. well no sensor will warn of that

Not necessarily. I had a set on mine & the light came on during the 5 minute drive to the supermarket. Looked at all the tyres when I got there & they all looked fine, so I ignored it & drove home before checking again. Couldn't feel anything indicating a flat tyre.

All still looked ok so got out the tyre gauge. Right rear was 0 PSI. Big screw through it.

Not sure what year you have but for an '08 I'm looking at $32-$122AU

For, say a 2018: $32 - $64

Always check the spare tyre pressure as well... sometimes this one is the culprit. The sensors work by comparing the pressure in each tyre if it see's one that is way out of whack with the average you will get the ding dong...
