Default KJ Rear upper control arm bushes, and ball joint.
Has anyone installed the Superpro bushes, and ball joint, into the rear upper control arm. Superpro certainly make encouraging comments regarding the life of the bushes that makes investigation worthwhile. Anything to try and get a bit more life out of the bushes and ball joint than a couple of years with no serious bush bashing taking place.

my 04 had the bushes installed when I bought it no idea how old the are but I've had it for 3 years and they are still good. The ball joint is another story I just last weekend tried replacing it. the old will need to be pressed out. Pressing in a new one is not easy the arm wants to distort the new one I had (moog) ever do slightly bigger diameter meaning it catches on a lip and goes out of shape destroying the arm. Once its damaged throw it away.

thanks for the feedback. Yep I had the same issue with pushing out old bushes, and a suspension company suggested using WD40 on the bushes and let it sit for a while - it did come out easier but I still needed a press.

pressing out the ball joint wasn't hard getting the new one in near impossible

Just buy the new boomerang assembly (with bushes) from IDParts. Even with shipping it works out cheaper that paying a suspension place to do the work for you.
