Damn garage door opener started playing up this morning. Decided to lower it down for a look and the top bronze bush on the drive shaft had worn right through and the shaft had a massive gouge out of it..
Fortunately local B&D stockist still have them in stock. $140 and a few hours later all operational again. Now i need to get the springs adjusted but i think I might leave that to the pros. Another $105 required...
