Do you have an issue with it at the moment?
If its on the list, and FCA have advised you are covered, then keep that bit of notice handy for future reference.
Until your car is actually on the back of a tow truck, or you have an upcoming long travel, I wouldn't worry about it. But keep following up on ETA of replacement alternators when you actually go in for a dealer service, as there is still a shortage.
I'm currently still on my temporary aftermarket while their parts are still awaiting for the OEM fixes(shortage globally). Been on it since Jan2018.
I believe you have a late model? so you wont see an issue for a while. Mine is a 2012, with 150k km, before I had issues.
Yes, FCA will reimburse you for Tow Truck(which you need to organise). Yes, you will get a loan car from the dealer. IF your dealer says your not covered for the recall, go elsewhere.
