I remember after getting the replacement fill system done it was a great improvement but it didn't last and filling up over the last few years requires a slow fill as before.
Just wondering if just replacing the filter vent (p/n 68012168AA) (which I believe may contain a charcoal filter that may be be clogged ?) would solve this ?
The TSB on mine was done 14 years ago. It fills the same OK over time. Did you try to drain the vent tube 52125187AB if the vent line had any fuel in it? The tube has a quick disconnect clip for draining the vent line if it fills with fuel. If it does, it obstructs the vent line and may create extra back pressure?

Thanks for that.
I presume that'll be the one connected to the Vent filter.
Will have a look when the weather gets warmer in the spring, too bloody chilly just now.
The tank fills OK, just have to squeeze the pump handle half way or just cuts off.
