Default What's your Jeep's nickname?

I've always given my cars names. I've met people who think I'm one fry short of a happy meal for naming my car, but I think it gives them personality. I have a black KJ we call Roach. Partly because cockroaches can survive anything, and partly because I have to scurry around on the tracks to avoid getting squashed by bigger 4x4s.

So I want to know who else out there names their car, and what made you choose that name.

I name only the special vehicles. Most of the time ill pick the name when I get the car and it will stick if I form an emotional attachment.
First car FJ40 - Boris
80 Series - Rowdy
Cherokee - Jethro

our blue XJ is the Tardis because is looks larger on the outside than it is on the inside and it locks my wife out when it gets angry with her.

and our khaki TJ is the General because it looks a bit like a military jeep

My youngest daughter gave my XJ the nickname of 'Ironhide' from the transformers.

After watching the film she said to me 'Daddy you are a weapons engineer right?' 'And you have a good 4wd so why don't you call it Ironhide as he is the transformers weapons guys that transforms into a big 4x4?'

Well I thought that was just brilliant so now I drive 'Ironhide' around. When he's running of course!

Mine's 'Wrangler Jane'.
Nicked the name from the character played by Melody Patterson in the old TV show F Troop.
