I'm fn fed up with these Doco's on tv every week one minute saying fats bad, sugar is good, next week its vice versa. Meats bad, dairy is bad blah blah blah.

Thanks to this the roast I cook for my wife on Sundays (yes you heard right no pipe and slippers for me thanks MODERN SOCIETY) has been swapped out for lentil bake with side of quinoa, trees and a sprinkling of sawdust to taste!

Apparently its going to assist with the beer gut ive developed over the thirty years on this earth. I keep insisting one big ab is more efficient than six little ones, but I'm fighting a losing battle. Rant off

I am sick of the lack of quality aftermarket parts for WK2, it was the no 1 selling 4 WD wagon in 2014 and u can't even buy a decent looking nudgebar, have the choice of 2 bullbars and two snorkels......grrrrr.
Ps because it is a Jeep everything is as dear as all F@&k....
