toughen up guys just a little water is nothing my CJ had about 1/4" in both driver and passenger foot wells after getting home from SJC meeting last night that is normal when it rains

Yes my hard top leaks more than softop so 30 years of jeep development and not much as changed

Funniest time was when i first got it about 14 years ago driving to Canberra in pouring rain I thought I would just take the drain plugs out and I got a graphic reminder about the physics of venturi effort with big fountains of water up through the drain plugs

i have toyed with the idea of trimming the plastic trim at the floor level and slipping some of that rubber matting with holes in it under the carpet so you the water doesn't sit in the carpet and make it all manky. can also put some holes in the carpets to allow them to drain from the top.

this way you can peel the floor back slightly and pull the drain plugs to let it drain out once the weather improves.

changing my soft top and hard top a lot, and no leaks at all, not even a little bit and we had some hardcore rain storms in Brisbane.
