Default WH 5.7 EGR valve in Katherine or Alice Springs

Hi guys, I'm in Nhulunbuy NT now and having an EGR error code.
The Jeep does seem to be a bit under the weather, so I'd like to get a spare ASAP and replace it on the road when I get a chance.

Any suggests of where I could get one in Katherine or Alice?
I'll be in Katherine tonight and hopefully Alice on Saturday.

I've tried Repco of course but he wasn't confident about finding one.

Thanks, any help much appreciated!

I think your only option is to try the jeep dealer in Alice

Parts 08 8952 2333

Centralian Motors Chrysler Jeep Dodge Cnr Dalgety Rd & North Stuart Highway, Alice Springs, NT, 0870

Or get it through rockauto (about $102.75 fedex priority all up inc part) get it shipped to where you are staying in advance.

order from oversea's much easier when living in Gove, doubt the stealerships in darwin or alice would be able to get one any quicker and would definitly charge much more

Thanks guys; the parts guy at Centralian Motors was very helpful and found one for me ($190).
But luckily the error codes stopped by the time I'd gotten out of Gove and further south.

I'm sure the valve is still on the way out, but fuel consumption was reasonable (~13L/100K) once out of the humidity and back on the highway, so I'm putting the errors down to heat and/or water.
