Default Mua here to stay

Today my union won a major battle in the high court of australia in regards to 457 visa holders working in our jobs on the aussie coast while approx 2000 aussie seafarers were left unemployed. This treasonous act was bestowed on us by the liberal government via tony abbott & EMPLOYMENT MINISTER ?????? Mikayla cash. Jobs & Growth they spruiked while denying us a right to work in our own industry the sad part is that now the tax payers have to foot the bill, over $20M legal fees, should be coming out of the lnp funds. Hopefully this will roll on into other industries throughout the country suffering from the 457 rort.

Good stuff. 357 Visa's don't work. It is only supposed to be for employment where there is a shortage. We all know this whole scenario is bullshit.
I hope this case puts wind up the pollies.

Shame most of the Union creeps have their nose in the same trough as the pollies!!!
This is a time where the Unions have done their job that is looking after the workers when things are unjust, instead of the usual practice of holding companies to ransom forcing pay and conditions that have made it unviable for jobs to remain in australia.
That is partly why we have no more manufacturing in Australia be it Whitegoods machinery or vehicles. The governments unfair trade agreements and deregulation of the banks is ultimately what has crippled the country.
