Default Cheap Shop Press

made this a while ago, but just got around to painting it
you can see how it's made from the pix
side members 100x50 TFC, adjusting holes are spaced at 50mm
top 100x50 TFC also with 100x50x5 RHS welded on top
(managed to bend it without) adjustable xmembers 75x40 TFC

jack is 4 tonne Kmart, to get it to work upside down you need to take it apart and put a small tube in the oil port OTW it sucks air.

Nice one mate, low tech, low buck VERY uesful tool for the shed!

the jacks come apart easy with a chain wrench

all the the steel was scrap so cost nix, the jack was just a cheap 4 tonne from the local Kmart was probably abt 25 bucks?
it was a long time ago
