Default Air conditioning system failure

Hi all,
I have an issue whereby the air conditioner blows cold air on the drivers side and hot air on the passengers side. I have cycled the controls and restarted the car without success. Any thoughts on this?

I have the same issue, the door actuators have been confirmed working moving, as I knew these can break, so I was thinking temp sensor calibration, so when the outside air temp is close, then the system fights itself increasing fan speed to near max! I,ve yet to get to it so your not alone here.

I had the same problem with my 2012 wk2 but the drivers side was blowing hot and passenger cold. Mine turned out to be a broken blend door which the dealer quoted me $160 to fix. I was pretty happy with that and when I went to pick it up they said it turned out to be a much bigger job than they realised but they still honoured the quote.

All fixed. New blend door actuator fitted and back to normal. Bought the part from local dealer for $140 and did the work myself. The same part from USA is $30US + shipping but couldn't wait so parted with the extra. Bonus it even made the whine from the passenger seat quiet, for now.
