Not with this amp as it supports high level input from OEM Head Units etc.

I'm getting about 135dB out of that box. Considering the size of the 4 door cabin and that it's only 1 x 12" subwoofer I'm quite happy with that.

Well nothing physical to the JK but was taken for the day yesterday by EFS and 4WDTV for some filming and some offroad capers. Will have to see the future episodes to see what they did with it?

install looks clean. good work.

135dB sounds a bit high though. sounds like it's above the threshold of pain.

Yeah...different dB thogh. It's SPL dB not the common "noise" dB you have your picture linked too. SPL stands for Sound Pressure Level and that's what a subwoofer creates. It's basically a pump moving air around and creating "pressure".

Put it this way. My windscreen wipers are dancing around with the beat of the bass in my Jeep

Set of Teraflex upper and lower arms went on today....waiting on track bars before fitting the rest of the lift kit
