Default Will WK2 18 inch wheels fit my GC WH CRD??

Hi

I have a 2007 Grand Cherokee Laredo CRD, std 17 inch wheels.

I just wanted to know if a set of 2013 18 inch wheels ( the chrome 5 spoke wheel)with 265/60/18 tyres will fit on my WH?

Thanks in advance for your assistance

Regards
Dave

WH factory combo is 245 wide and 29.5" high with a +51mm offset

WK2 factory combo is 265 wide and 30.5" high with a +56mm offset

The higher the + offset the further under the car the rim sits.

WK2 combo will sit 15mm closer to the suspension and be 1" taller.

I suggest a trial fit before you buy.

Based on the measurements Id say it will touch the top ball joint bolt. But I've never physically tried to be honest.

Thanks for your replies

I can barely get my fingers between the top ball joint and the current 245/60/17 tyre

So it might be to tight....unless the tyres on the 18 inch rims were 245 or 255

Almost went 18's myself,
These 18's from a Wrangler Overland will bolt up but would probably need a 2" lift with there 32" 255/70/18 tyres.

Personally I would probably go ATX Ravine's with the +35 offset.

Here is another set of 18" off a Wrangler in Victoria, not common here in Oz.

P/S All 18" Wrangler rims are +45 offset so clear the suspension fine but the bigger 32" (our factory size is only 29.5") tyres do rub on the sway bar on full lock.

I had 265/60 r18 on the factory WH 18s on my car and they cleared the ballpoint bolt by less than 5mm. Not sure what the offset is though.

Well that settles it. WK2 265 rims and tyres at +56 won't fit if +51 (WH stock rims are all +51) only have 5mm clearance with 265's.
