Quad gets an A for effort, credit where due, as they're sending me stuff and responding trying to fix it. But an F- for results and execution. And my frustration levels are exceptionally high.....
Sorry that this has been dragging out like this! Tom just came over and told me he is taking care of it again. He said the warehouse grabbed the wrong package ... They will be sending out the proper one today.
I’ve sent the same to tom, however that email chain is getting large! I just received the below email. Does that mean I’m on back order? Or just ignore?
