The wife was hanging Xmas lights. I thought I would do some light work myself. New 11 inch LED bar above the numberplate and 2 X 5 inch bars on the KC windscreen mounts. Just about to go out and wire them in. Cant wait to see how well they work later tonight.

I'm not expecting them to be great. I just need light to see when I'm winching at night. The IPF's are blinding and I need an alternative. If they provide a nice spread of light at low speed then that's just a bonus. I will let you know how they go. I intend on doing a lot of night wheeling over the Xmas break.

Now I think about it I should have put more LED lights on the rear of the JK and not the front . I spend more time pulling out the Nissan's and Toyota's then recovering the Jeep. Hehe. I

Default roof rack

Mounted roof rack.
Finaly mounted roof rack on soft top, used egsisting holes in rool cage and put four holes through top. Not happy with the point loading on the cage but I will keep the weight down .

this week I installed a ARB air compressor under the bonnet, ( waiting for locker solenoids and switch wiring ), and a Mopar bonnet lock. Both were very easy. Here's some pics.
