Lol.thanks. Could have just said the big long arm thing... Not used to solid axles, everything else I work on has independent suspension... And goes around corners I'll check for Play on them... Cheers.

Figured out what the clunking was, was brake pads moving around lol. In the mean time I have been wheeling it a lot.
Did a transfer case flush, auto filter + gasket coming next week too.
Installed a new set of front speakers (fusion 5.25' splits) and put the old fronts in the rear to get ridda the blown ones
new Headunit coming this week
installed a 12v power point.

Diff wont die just makes lots of noise. I'll get round to it. If it explodes I dont care much lol. After xmas I'll either get a rebuild kit or pay someone to replace the bearings and stuff....

did you fix the clunking mine does it on the drivers side I thought I might have to build up the knuckle bit wilt weld and grind back to reduce the movement and noise

Hey mate haven't yet. Just give the brakes a pump and it goes away as it's the brakes

Regreased the slides on the calipers and its gone!

In the past month I have gotten new 15" alloys from the wrecker, repainted the drivers side black door trim (it wasnt there) as my door had been repainted and someone neglected to repaint that. I wetsanded (2000grit) and buffed the bonnet and its shiny as now, did the same to the drivers door as it didnt match but does now.

I also changed the ATF and its gasket + filter.

ALSO, new diff on the way!
