At least fil makes me feel better, rolled into the garage in Toowoomba and filled up with diesel, as I was hanging up the pump I saw $1.65.4/lt, bloody hell,ULP was 15c less and a nearby joint was only $159.4, crap I was pissed.
Of course the bloody Jeep was near empty.

I filled up in Melbourne today 154.9 less 19c = 135.9 for diesel. some places were 168.9
LPG was 89.9

Did a run to work on 95 the other day to get a rough figure on costs compared to gas. $52 on 95, and only $38 on gas. ATM I am still better off running gas whenever I can. Even when gas hits $1.10 at Coles I will still be slightly better off, I think . However if it hits $1.20 and 95 stays at $1.75 I might be on par with both.

Diesel $1.68 at Coolah, $1.65 at Tamworth, $1.60 at Glenn Innes and $1.61 in Canberra.. in some places it's 15c dearer than petrol.
