That’s good news, I'll have to test drive one soon. I actually don't like the fact they just really beefed up a Nitro a little and then copied the Commander front. However I would prefer a better ride and drive than the XJ offers. It will want to drive pretty good though I'm a bit over Jeeps poor handling and ride. The Commander has been a bit of a disaster in handling and ride as they share the one of the poor handing Grands suspension. If I’m not happy I may go to a 4X4 ute like the new Holden or Ford Ranger. I’m one of the Jeep fraternity that’s shifted from off road to mostly touring and I don’t want to feel stuffed when I get there….where ever that is. I recently drove the XJ 4 hours to a fishing spot and felt like I had been driving and old truck all day and was stuffed by the time I drove home mentally from bounding around the bad roads I was on....
