Replaced the BA discs and pads on the front with a new set (Falcon stuff is cheap not worth gettin gthe disks machined) and trimmed the upper bumpstops down by 20mm, now I need to flex it up and see if they need trimming down anymore.

Cheers
Steve

Hmmmm
JJ will have the window for you.
Cant you just rebuild the starter? There is normally not much wrong with them.
How old is the battery in your jeep? put the newy in yours & yours in this one.
I have seen that many diesels for sale with the cheapest new battery on the market in them ~ 220 cca. They normally die about a month out of warranty.

no idear how old the battery is it come with the last jeep i brought(that was near 2yrs ago), mine is not very old about 6 months, after charging the battery it seems to crank great, starter did not play up like the other day, could of been due the little charge in the battery by the time we finished playing with it. so i hope its all good.

the jeep didnt fire up this arvo, the injector pump timing is out, so need to try again. fun times

back to in a few hours now 5 hrs sleep should be enough

Got my IRO adjustable upper and lower control arms, Wooders panhard flip bracket, coil spacers and new tie rod ends fitted. Gotta fit SYE, DC driveshaft, IRO 3.5" leafs and extended brake lines next weekend! I ran outa time so a mechanic did the front end. He set castor to a ridiculous 8 degrees, left my adjustable panhard loose and extended the wheelbase by about 1.25" which is far to much!! He'll be redoing it tomorrow do it right do it yourself...

Oh and fitted garden edging flares. Sounds red neck looks great! Haha

I have the same arms, they are a nice bit of gear.
You will need to extend them some otherwise the wheel base will be shorter and looks funny.
When I fitted mine I allowed for the thickness of the caster shims as well when I set the length of the arms.
Did you get the IRO SYE as well?
