Morris 4x4 - what a joke - don't waste your time
Hi All, just a rant about Morris 4x4. Over a month ago I ordered some shocks for my XJ, the payment processed immediately and I received confirmation of payment, but no confirmation of my order. After chasing them with several unanswered phone calls and emails and trying to use their broken chat on their website, I received an email from their payment gateway support basically stating they had no idea if my order was shipped or what was going on.
Fast forward a month later and they've just sent me an email cancelling my order, with no mention of a refund or what happened.
What a joke of a company, impossible to get a hold of and deal with, I'm sure I'm going to now have to fight to even get anything back from them.
I know they are on this forum as a vendor, and I hope they read this - Don't buy from Morris.

Never has a problem with them and I have bought a lot from them over the years

I'd say things have changed due to Covid, but the fact they took payment then delivered nothing, and have not responded to me once in over a month is BS. If you can't meet orders, don't accept them.
