Clunk in the rear when taking off

Thanks everyone for suggestions. I agree about giving the dealer a miss - all they do is attach a scanner.If there's nothing there, there's nothing there! There are a couple of mechanics in Adelaide who seem to know Jeeps.

it would be interesting to know what the software upgrade actually did to stop a clunk.

I’m having the same problem, although getting worse, especially when towing! Jeep service centre tell me to replace the tyres!! Took it to a local Euro car specialist as I have the air suspension and they’ve found the rear crossmember isolator bushes have collapsed! Job requires removing the whole rear end as the bushes are press fit. Been an issue for two years and gradually getting worse. Of course, now out of warranty so will need to have the discussion with FCA as the dealer doesn’t want to know. Grrr.
