Here is what I have been building at home since I sold the little yellow TJ; I just finished her prior to Christmas:

Bracket I made to mount the motor oil pump.

The bracket has to be strong but as light as possible without sacrificing strength in all planes. The image above shows it is after initial machining, shaping and welding.

Over the weekend I will finish the machining and remove the material that is not required and post an afterwards pic.

Default Fuel breathing with roll-over protection ...

A couple of Jeepers have asked how I dealt with venting the fuel system to prevent vaccuum lock while at the same time ensuring fuel didn't leak in a roll-over or similar off-camber scenario.

I did this ...

I cut an off the shelf, black top style alley filler suround and used the CAM's approved internal cap. I threw the remainder into the alley scrap bin of life.

Then I rolled two 5000 series alley cones, you don't need to use structural alley for this. I cut both cones to suit their mounting orientation.

I run the fuel down FormLine hose so I used a -20 AN alley fitting at the terminal end. I tapped the little cone to suit an off the shelf breather we sell and then I TiG'ed the lot together and hey Presto!

Now there is one last final but just as easy step, but pics will show it better. I reckon I am only 2 weeks from pics of the assembled car so I'll post that pic then.
