are they considering a Sahara style, or 1 with just the bottom winch bar only.

the bar looks good, what should we roughly expect to pay fitted winch compatible with fogs, not color coded.

Looking at about $2540 for the bar with fogs, fitted without colour coding.
Just be aware that the parking sensors come colour coded from the factory, so if you had a white vehicle, with an un colour coded bar, you'd end up with white sensors on a black bar.
Colour coding is another $220 for standard colours.
