You will be much better off just replacing the hubs. Probably cheaper than spacers & much more reliable.

I just bought ford pattern hubs and XJ rims bolted straight on, even had room for the centre caps.

As everyone has said replace the hubs to suit the stud pattern, I assume you want to do an axle flip ( spring over axle ) to gain ground clearance, have you checked the tent floor will still reach the ground.

I fitted Ford hubs to mine complete with electric brakes, after my cape trip 2 tears ago I broke both main leaves so I upgraded my spring packs but as the axle was under the leaves it lifted the trailer by the extra thickness as well as by the extra lift that the heavier springs gained me.
The down side to this was the floor of the tent was too far off the ground so I had to put my axle over the leaves.....

You can get adaptors but for Xj pattern just change the hubs. I had no choice in having to use a spacer/adaptor as i am running the WH pattern rims on mine, and there are no hubs in that pattern . Plus the adaptor width was the same as the offset difference in the LC rims originaly on there and the WH rims.
