Default Lift

before you buy, make sure you go for a drive in a similar Jk with the lift you are looking at. This should be easy with OME, AEV and PPM, and Mopar, and do not rely on other owners opinions or vendors. All kits perform well on the freeway, so try and hit some bumpy and holy type rds, dirt tracks etc. i can't offer advice on what to buy, as i have had several attempts, and still not right yet, but can probably advise on what not to do.

Already got a quote from CRDSTU for his AEV and OME lifts, but just seeing if there are any other suppliers to talk to. I realise Stu supplies a 'premium' product (and I may still go for it), but maybe there is a more economical option to consider.

Appreciate any input guys

check your springs that are in the car right now they have tags on them find out the last 2 numbers on the tags if these numbers are say 12 or 13 in the front and in the low 50's in the back you could change them for higher numbered factory springs the best you can get is 19 in the front and 60 in the rear. By doing this you will get a lift up to 2.5 inches + depending on what is in there now. This also keeps the stealerships off your back because these are factory springs. I did this and got 2.5 inches in mine and i only went 17 in the front and 58 in the rear

Good advice guys, I will contact some of these shops that have been suggested and check out the current springs on my rig. I'll definitely report back on what I go with in case it may help others. Cheers all
