Hooked in today

Rear diff cover welded
Front diff cover welded
Front c gussets welded
Small pass side of truss welded

Front diff just needs some lower mount skid plates and its finnished!

Yes it was extremely bloody hot today
Welding wasnt fun at all

Tomorrow might see the crossmember fitted
Need to make some side plates for that.

Need to find my shackle bolts too

Wow, that is a lot of welding on the housing. Hope it is still straight after all that!

Rear diff install begun

Front pulled appart for crossmember fitment
