well got the pinion seal done on my supposed holiday, PITA job and prob caused from the muddy crossings, original had an inner and an outer, there was a lot of dirt between them so the outer seal was not doing its job, replaced with a gen Dana one from Rock auto, also ordered some bearings for the locker rebuild, the ford uses different carrier bearings to the jeep but pinion are the same, was going to do it but I don't have a backup if it doesn't pan out so still looking for a cheap 3.55 diff to cut up,
on the plus she has done 9k kms since we got it and this is the only failure other than what was broke in the first place,
rear calipers that were stuff when brought have been swapped out, pair with ceramic pads $130 shipped off ebay, cant go past that for cheap motoring, heres to at least a year without major hassles, touch wood...
next is for the tracklander bumpers, side ladder and dual spares on the back.
