So I got it done! Works awesome. To keep it brief, the task was fairly simple. I removed the door panel to expose everything under it. I moved the window to the mid range so I could unbolt the window from the regulator. Once in that position I taped the window to the top of the door so it would stay out of the way.

First I pulled the door panel completely off so it was out of the way. I then unbolted the window from the regulator. Then the regulator motor from the door, and lastly the regulator worm gear from the door as well.

Once everything is unbolted you have to do some ninja moves to get the assembly out of the way. I ended up pulling the window up as far as I could and taping it a little higher than when I started. To get the assembly out of the door, I had to disconnect the lock solenoid from the wire harness and pull the lock solenoid/window control harness into the door as it's wrapped around the worm gear. Next you push the bottom section of the slider assembly toward the front of the door, and pull it out of the big hole by the top of the assembly.

To install, you simply do the exact opposite than you did to pull the regulator out. It was really simple. I think it took me about 45 minutes total. Now the regulator doesn't click at the top or bottom, and it rolls up and down with ease! Since this is a new switch and regulator, if I burn out another switch, I know the only thing left is the door harness. However, I pulled the out and repaired many wires when I redid the door hinges last May. So that should be good.
