Default TJ Daves rear bar build
Hi all,

Started on a custom rear bar for the TJ today. Stage 1 will be just the bar, and I'll make a swing away carrier in time for when I get the next size up tyres.

Started life as 2m of 100x50x2mm RHS. I cut it to 1520mm with a 25 degree end angle.

More to follow next weekend.

seeing as your going to make a swing out carrier. i think 2mm is a bit thin.

Will be watching this. Im busy on a front stinger using 2mm plate, hope it will be enough.
