After I finished I got the changes bug so I have relocated the LED spotties from the top hoop of the bull bar to the wings. Missus is much happier as she never liked them above the hoop.

Was wondering how that was going to look, do you think you will have any legal issues running them there?
My better half has told me to put some duallys there on mine

Technically speaking in QLD they are not supposed to be wider than the dipped beam headlights so I could be defected for them. Why I have absolutely no idea, especially since they are only allowed to be on with high beam which isn't allowed to be on with an oncoming vehicle! But that is a regulation up here, which actually rules out the windscreen lights and roof lights to close to the edge. Stupidly there is no hight restriction in QLD, so we can legally put them on the roof, just only 2 additional pairs of lights and not wider than the headlights...

Much wider now, though they are also now pointing out a lot more which is what I wanted anyway. Sitting on the driveway looking at the trees behind the house they seem to be lit up quite evenly right across now, whereas before it was really bright in the middle and dull toward the sides. Dont need it really bright in the centre, thats what the spotties are for! So now I have a fairly even spread of light prob 150 degrees.

Default What have you done to your JK this week?

Well, u gotta love sydney weather!!! Installed half of the rancho MyRide remote kit, started with the rear, rotated the shock to protect the connector and it fits perfectly. I dropped the rear to full extension to make sure it doesn't get crushed and still have room to move!!!. Fitted the compressor behind the drivers seat onto the side panel behind the pillar, and the controller under the drivers seat. Wired it all up, and oila, rear pumps up perfectly!!! Now waiting for this rain to stop so I can work on the front.

replaced the diff oils front and rear with penrites 85w-140 premium mineral. Sooooooo many different suggestions on what oils to run...Im thinking the recommended oils in the jeep manual are for US temps. I hope i made the right choice...
