So I've just had mine not stop flashing after a light trip off road. I've emailed the service manager at the dealership this evening because my warranty runs out tomorrow and no dealers open tomorrow. I want to make sure the problem is time stamped in case they try to deny its existence. If it can be cleaned and sorted then I'll look at it Monday. Btw, can anyone highlight how to exactly unplug the motor? It's a strange setup that's difficult to work with in the dark

If anyone that is after a working rubicon circuit board for their sway bar, I have one available.

Well it doesn't get engaged too often but it looks like I may have joined the ranks of those with Elec. disco issues. When the button is pressed... the lights just flashes continuously and never goes constant. Do I need to be loading the system..ie flexing for it to disengage or should it go constant before engaging any flex. ? This CRD was ordered with the rear diff lock and front sway bar option.. hence I called it the Deceptacon.. it wasn't a diesel Rubi..but as close as I was going to get at the time. Any tips on fault finding at home prior to committing to a stealer... sorry dealer to 'have a look' ?

Get rid of it and replace it with a DBOR manual set for $180.

It should only disengage at speeds under 25kph in 4hi and 4low. It won't disconnect in 2wd (just in case you're trying it then). If it's not disconnecting, the same problem may exist that I had, but mine was doing the opposite. Disengaged fine, but would t reengage. For the sake of a few bolts and a couple of hours, it was worth opening it up and cleaning it out for me
