Default Bungle Bungles

We are thinking of driving in to the Purnulu National Park in June and staying at the Savannah Lodge for a couple of nights.
The track in is 52 km and said to take 3 hours. We know it's rough, but how bad is it? Worth the effort? My main concern is not so much the roughness but the risk of punctures with only one spare tyre.
What say all ye experienced outback adventurers?

We did it in a Prado a couple of years ago.

Once we got off the bitumen we dropped the tyre pressures down and drove into Purnulu. Speed usually below 80 and usually less than 60kph. There was a few shallow rivers and some rough bumps around the area driving in toward Purnulu.

What type of tyres have you got, and are they in good condition.

If your tyres are good will unlikey to have any tyre issues. Just take it easy.

I did it a few weeks ago. I'd be pretty confident doing it in a Toyota camery save one 4'' rock step into a creek crossing. You'll be fine.

I have the Goodyear Wrangler all terrain Adventure tyres on 18" rims.
They are good now, but by the time we get up there they will have about 45k on them (unless i replace them beforehand)
