Fitted a set of JKS disco's and a C-Rok steering reinforcing plate. Needed to mod the plate to fit around the bullbar.

Today's XJ effort.......
Turned up a reducing ring out of nylon ready to fit a 3" 130 degree silicone elbow onto my throttle body for a budget K&N pod styled cold air intake kit I have ready to fit.

Today, i welded up the hinge on the door. problem with mine was, the whole plate the hinge was welded to had torn from the sheet metel. i had previously welded it up once before but unlike others the hinge welds didnt brake again. the whole sheetmetal plate came away from the body. so i completely cut the plate from the body so i can weld the hinge to the body and not the second piece of metal behind the body. for those who have studied the hinge before will get me. heres a pic of the completly cut plate from the body.

I did full service except auto waiting for the auto trans kit. Replaced my gearbox mount and put spacers in. Made swaybar disconnects like SteveF's and fitted them cost a total of $3 and 20 mins. Think it took nearly that long last time i went out to take them and the swaybar off.
