Mine developed a slight miss under light load between 70 & 80kph, when I removed the dizzy cap i found sand inside. Blew the sand out and some wd40 has not missed a beat since

Had a look at a spark plug, looks ok.Put it back in and drove the car today.No problems other than it won't start on first attempt.It will crank and crank and crank.Then on my second try will start straight away.looks like it's definately plugs and leads.
No, not yet.Got some new plugs and leads today, will fit them tomorrow and test from there.If that doesn't do anything, I'll replace the coil and go from there.Fingures crossed.
