Default Kolak The End ?

Got a email from him and this is what he has said. A shame really. I hope he does rethink it because I haven't ordered half the stuff I wanted.

Hello,

Your steering shaft is all packed up and ready to leave here on Monday. I upgraded shipping to USPS Express Mail at my expense for the following reason -

Right now I am in a decision-making process regarding overseas shipments. I had a customer in Australia file a chargeback against me despite the fact that he has tracking and it's only been 9 working days since his order shipped. This level of distrust and disrespect is something I will not tolerate. He had been long-time customer and we were in constant communication. That someone I thought I had a good working relationship would do this to me is shocking. So for now, I'm not taking any new orders to Australia. I'm very sorry but I am disheartened and disillusioned. I have no way to get my package back on international USPS shipments so soon he will have his parts and my money.

I upgraded your shipping because it will cut transit time in half and I respect that you need your part. I lost money on the entire sale as a result, but in my 15 years of being in this business I've always taken good care of my customers.

Yeah its got me angry as well. I said back to him its a shame and too keep us posted if he does decide its a final thing. Let hope he don't let one person wreck it for the rest of us.

Edit: I was awaiting this part then going to order the shocks I wanted but this has put a dent in my plans.

I didn't ask to be honest. I'm not game to ask as I don't want to put my foot in it. Wasn't me though, was my 1st time and hopefully not my last. Hope he does not let this wreck it though. But sounds like he has lost a bit of money over it.

That is a shame - I bought my shocks from him.

I had heard (someone on here??) that he was looking at closing up shop totally or maybe that was a a case of chinese whispers, where he was actually just shutting down shipments to Oz?

I'd be quite happy to start a fund to try and get him back to trusting us Aussies. Say with $20. If others think the same, and we say get 20 people putting in say $20, that would be $400 we could send to him as a token of good old aussie support. Not sure it would be enough to cover his losses, but I do think it would make him think that the majority of us Aussies are good guys.

Anyone else think that is a worthwhile idea??

From the whispers I hear it was an Aussie "supplier" that is an AJOR supporter. Really hope this gets sorted as I was just about to do a 7k order from the states within the next 3 months, was really hoping to use him.
