Hi there !

I noticed you have spacers between the chassis and the belly plate to which the gearbox mounts ? Where did you get those and did you have to modify the gearbox mount in order to fit them ?

I do not have spacers in there and have found some rust on the plate and chassis rail ......luckily I found it early so no real harm done. Spacers looks like it will eliminate the risk of happening again .......hence I'm keen to find out a little more .....

cheers

I sent you a PM mate but I am pretty sure those pucks are just part of a transfer case drop package, It was on the Jeep when I bought it so dont really know too much about it, Ill probably look at changing that setup down the line for a bit more underbelly clearance.

Unless you have driveline vibes, I would not think about putting one on, would most likely cause problems.

Just clean the rust, and spray it with some rust proof paint.

yeah the previous, previous owner of my jeep (the person that actually built it up to begin with) must have been extra worried about driveline angles cos I have the Transfer drop and also the SYE kit installed

Sliders were from Jeepkonection. here is a link, http://jeepkonection.com.au/proddeta...BAR_Slider_XRC
you can get them with or without a step.

$380 with the step.

As I said, my buddy sprayed them gloss black but they are strong as hell, lots of protection!
