Good luck with it......

I played around with an RCA harnes and jumping it into the factory harness. I can get a picture, but cannot get it to trigger with reverse. It just comes on when plugged in and turns off when unplugged.

I can get Bluetooth to work with the iPhone 6s to stream music, but cannot get phone calls to work. Person on the other end can hear me fine, but I got nothing on my end. So frustrating!

You can get adapters for all the plugs, just google. Jaycar should have everything you need.

I've ordered some on line and will worry about it when I return from camping. Mainly posted up for others information so people aware that these are not 'plug n play' as has been stated. I have come across a couple of other issues which I won't get into until I have had a chance to play a little more. I will be interested to see how aleckon goes with his unit.

I have a 2008 jeep and had no issues with the install. Just use the gps antenna that they supply. I did not have a reversing camera installed my own with no issues. new models might be different and may need some adapters.

Plug and play in 2008 model without reverse camera, not in 2014 with. Buying adapters and modifying wiring is too much mucking around for me, so I will cut my losses and on sell it and throw the money towards an iPad mini which was the original plan. Glad I didn't pay full price.
