Default 2009 KK Cherokee stereo upgrade

Hi all,

I have recently updated from and XJ to a KK Cherokee.

This one has the standard stereo in it with no Bluetooth or steering wheel controls. I have a aftermarket Double din unit to put in, are there any special wiring harnesses I need? It only has rear parking sensors on it if that makes a difference

Thanks in advance

Joe

Check out my Ride(s)

I did this last year and got a double din pioneer fitted with Reversing camera.
Normally to make fitting easier you get a wiring kit to match, in my case Jeep to Pioneer. Mine is a 2010 and has Steering wheel controls which all work and Android auto so seemlessly works with phone. Very easy fitment in the KK, bloody nightmare on my WJ.....
BTW I get my wiring harnesses for stereos from crutchfield.com cheap shipping also good for speakers.
